Realistic Education Addressing Conditioning & Health
A one-of-a-kind fitness program designed for young people with developmental disabilities. Designed for ages 6-25 years, any skill level is welcome to participate. The program empowers young
people in areas of independanct living skills, social learning and creating healthy habits in their daily life.
Fitness classes incorporate a combination of high and low level movement, strength, balance and flexibility, and fun, active games in a safe and well-supervised environment. Classes included
a warm up, work out and cool down, with health and fitness education. Class maximum of 10. Led by YMCA Fitness Instructors.
Sibglings and/or aids are allowed in class. Parent observation is available.

Ages 7-12 11:50 - 12:45 PM
Ages 13+ 1:00-2:00 PM
No Class on January 4th, January 11th or February 15th, 2020
