Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. Throughout the duration of our facility closure, your Y will be here to support you with virtual resources for staying healthy and active while we shelter at home.

Workout with some of your SLO County YMCA instructors! Classes will be offered in On Demand and Live formats. Many classes are bodyweight only, or utilize only simple household objects.
Members, sign up using the "pay later" link, and you will be signed up for the class. There is a $8 Drop In fee for non-members, and members on hold.

YMCA 360 is designed to help you and your family engage with the YMCA virtually from the comfort of home. Popular group exercise classes like boot camp, tai chi and yoga taught by YMCA instructors from across the country, and are available now at no cost with more content on the way in the next few months.

Les Mills On Demand
There's no reason to miss your favorite BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT classes. As a Y Member, you have access to 95 free workouts from Les Mills On Demand! Les Mills classes feature high impact workouts, with energetic music and easy visual cues.
Staying fit and active is our best way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy.

You may recognize some familiar faces in these virtual classes with our neighbors in Santa Maria! Classes are shared to their virtual fitness group on Facebook. A Facebook login is required, and you may have to request to join the group to view videos.
Participate in a live workout from a YMCA instructor! Our friends from YMCA of the East Bay and YMCA of San Fransisco in Y members to join in on their daily live workouts using Zoom.
