Just because we aren’t in the same room doesn’t mean we can’t be here for each other, together.
Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. Throughout the duration of our facility closure, your Y will be here to support you with virtual resources for staying healthy and active while we shelter at home.
Your Y, From Home!
Workout with some of your SLO County YMCA instructors! Classes will be offered in On Demand and Live formats. Many classes are bodyweight only, or utilize only simple household objects.
Members, sign up using the "pay later" link, and you will be signed up for the class. There is a $8 Drop In fee for non-members, and members on hold.
