BODYCOMBAT | 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM | Develop coordination, burn calories, and get a whole body workout with Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Capoeira inspired moves. BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy, non-contact workout. |
Child Watch | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM | Create your own kaleidoscope at Open House! Child Watch, The Y's on-site dop in child care for children ages 6 months to 12 years old, will offer crafts and activites throughout the day. (Child Watch is open from 10 AM - 1 PM for Open House guests, and open from 9 AM - 2 PM for Y members.) |
