The San Luis Obispo County YMCA has an opening for a Youth Programs Site Director or Youth Programs Associate Site Director
*The determination of the position (Site Director or Associate Site Director) is dependent upon program size/capacity, and other factors
Associate Site Director = PT-Hourly 32-35 hours a week (Certain benefits eligible)
Site Director = FT-Hourly 40 hours per week (Benefits eligible)
Associate Site Director = Starts at $16.00 per/hour
Site Director = Starts at $20.00 per/hour
The Site Director or Associate Site Director is responsible for the overall direction and management of the assigned Youth Program(s) within the goals and objectives of the San Luis Obispo County YMCA. This may include the responsibility for site budget development and management; program development; hiring; development, supervision and evaluation of all site staff; the safety and development of each child; and the overall administration of all site-based programs. In addition, this position requires overseeing the compliance of program requirements set forth by each school, school district, and/or designate. This is a school-year position with responsibilities throughout the school year, and possibly in other YMCA programs.
