Over the past few months, we’ve made changes to do what we can to keep you healthy and safe. From our indoor reconfiguration, adding outdoor exercise space, and offering online
programs, we will continue to offer you and your family pathways to remain healthy at this time.
Members at the Y know that we are more than just our building – our YMCA is a community. Many of you chose to support us since April with your dues so we could maintain vital programs
at the Y.
We have worked hard to safely welcome you back. We are following all local and state guidelines for sanitization, physical distancing and occupancy. Many YMCA programs and amenities are
available to Y members, including:
Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training, offered outdoors
Virtual group fitness classes and activities for all ages
SLO Swim Center Olympic Pool and Therapy Pool are open for water exercise
Cardio and Strength Equipment, available outdoors
Your health and well-being are our highest priorities. We have successfully launched many programs and activities that are in compliance with all guidelines. We also want you to feel
comfortable returning to the Y, and invite you to see it firsthand.
We know that in these challenging and unprecedented times, not everyone is in the place to return, so we are pleased to provide you with additional membership options.
Have you experienced financial hardship? The Y is committed to serving everyone in our community and through our financial
assistance program, you can receive a reduction in your monthly membership fees.
Have questions? Call us at (805) 543-8235 and talk to any member of our team. We are available Monday – Friday from 6 AM – 7 PM to answer your questions
about our current class schedule, program offerings, and COVID-19 procedures.
Do you need more time? Submit our online form by the 29th of each month to request the membership hold before 1st (for example, by August 30th to
request a hold for September 1st):
